My water bottle is leaking

If your bottle is leaking from the cap, the rubber gasket may be missing or not properly inserted. Turn the cap over, to ensure the gasket is present.

Be sure to keep the gasket clean as well. See instructions on how to care for your bottle under FAQ. Be sure to always shake the lid dry to avoid any “film” buildup  and keep your bottle in an upright position as they are spillproof, but not drip proof.

How Do I Care For The Water Bottle?

  • Care Instructions:
  • Wash before first use; hand wash only.
  • Wash with warm soapy water and allow to air dry with top off.
  • Scrub with a cleaning brush if necessary.
  • Check the sealant ring inside the cap to ensure it’s clean and properly aligned..
    Note: If the sealant ring is missing or not inserted properly, the bottle can leak.
  • Do not clean with bleach or cleansers containing chlorine.
  • Not suitable for dishwasher, or microwave, cooking, or freezing.

The water bottles are made with BPA-free Eastman Tritan™ copolyester (recycle code #7).

What Is FunFit’s Return Policy?

It is my hope that your order arrives safely and you are pleased.  If you find something wrong with your order, please immediately contact FunFIT at funfitca@gmail.com.  Returns and exchanges are accepted in new and unused condition.   Sorry, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on used products.  Customers wishing for an exchange or return must first contact funfitca@gmail.com to receive a return authorization.  Please note: Original shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns must be pre-approved.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns/exchanges, return labels are not provided.  We suggest sending via a shipping method with delivery confirmation as FunFIT is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.  Replacements due to defect or damaged products are not considered a return or exchange.  In order to process a replacement request, you will need to provide photographic proof of damage.  FunFIT cannot cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.Note: Items go out of stock quickly.  As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges.  If this is the case, we will refund.

Received The Wrong Order, Or It Came In Damaged

Yikes! This rarely, rarely happen.  But, if you find yourself in this situation, please send us an email with a picture of what you’ve received to funfitca@gmail.com.   We will correct asap.

Can I Add To My Order Or Change It?

Once you have placed your order, we are unfortunately unable to modify.  Please email funfitca@gmail.com to cancel your order.  Once cancelled, you may resubmit your corrected order.

I provided an incorrect address on my order.  What do I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been submitted.  If you have provided an incorrect address, please email funfitca@gmail.com to have your order cancelled.  Once your order has been cancelled, you may resubmit.  When submitting your order, please verify the address for accuracy.

If your order has been processed with an incorrect address and you would like your package reshipped, we are more than happy to do so.  The buyer will need to repay the shipping fee as the initial payment was for the incorrect address.

International Shipping

Information for International orders prior to 1/1/2017…International customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.   For further information contact your local customs office.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent confirming the shipment and tracking information.  If you do not receive an email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.  If the email was not received, please email funfitca@gmail.com for your tracking number.

When Will My Order Ship?

Your order will ship within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date you placed the order.  Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.  Generally, your products will arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days when shipping within the United States.  *Please note these are estimated shipping delivery times.  USPS may take longer to ship, depending on destination, weather delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
