I am excited to share this tasty drink recipe. Not only is this drink tasty, but it is a great pick me up. Drink 3 times during the day – when you wake up, mid-morning, and mid-afternoon.
Apple Cider Vinegar Pep Drink
- 1 cup of hot water (8-10 oz)
- 1 to 2 tsps Bragg Organic Vinegar
- 1/2 lemon – juice squeezed
- 1 to 2 tsps Organic Honey, Stevia, or Agave
To hot water, add Bragg vinegar, lemon juice, and sweetener (optional) to taste. Drink up!
Note—you don’t want to boil the raw apple cider vinegar, since you don’t want to cook off the acidity nor kill the active cultures.
