Working out is beneficial to our health. But, let’s face it, there’s some people out there who hate exercising. Exercise can be boring for some. Here’s the solution….
DO AN ACTIVITY THAT YOU LOVE!
You are mot likely to stick to your workout when you do what you love.
If you love dancing, boat your favorite tunes and get moving. Zumba is a great workout for dancers.
If you love shopping, park in the back of the parking lot, mall walk, and window shop.
Find an activity that you enjoy.
SET REALISTIC GOALS
Most non exercisers think they have to belt out 50 push-ups or run for a hour. Not so! Start with smaller and manageable goals. You might simply hate a new exercise because you’re pushing yourself way too hard. If you’re sedentary, start small and work your way up from there.
GET OUT AND LIVE
Change your mindset about working out. Don’t even call it exercise. Get active by having fun. Just get out and live!
