Welcome to the Drink Up Water Challenge!


Congratulations on taking the first steps to increasing your water intake!
This challenge was designed to encourage you to drink more water and make small changes to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle.

For 7 days, you will be challenged to drink at least 64oz or 1 gallon of water a day (you choose your goal). Plus, you will be challenged to do daily health tasks.
